What is CrossFit RiNo?

APEX's CrossFit RiNo is official! Formerly known as our 'APEXFit' classes, our CrossFit classes are still composed of the elite training you've come to know and love, and we are now affiliated and recognized by the CrossFit organization.

Who would do this?

we believe this scoring system is a better representation of an athletes true fitness level, and in having a more true representation of ones fitness it gives us, a performance training center, a better gauge to test and retest the athletes at our gym, and to see if their fitness is improving, at what rate, and in specific areas. ​
